Get Up Close with Wild Florida's Animal Encounters

Ever wanted to feed a giraffe, chill with a sloth, or meet the world's largest rodent (spoiler: it's the capybara)? At Wild Florida, our animal encounters let you get closer than ever to the wild side. These hands-on experiences go beyond just photo ops (though we're definitely fans of a good #slothie). Whether you're a family looking for something unforgettable, a wildlife lover, or just someone ready to shake up their Florida trip, this is your chance to make it wild.

Plan Your Animal Encounter Experience

  • ‍Hours: Open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Last entry at 4:30 p.m.)
  • ‍Reservations: Book online, call (407) 957-3135 (Mon–Sat, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), or email reservations@wildfl.com.
  • ‍Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity for a refund. No refunds available within 24 hours of your booking.
  • ‍No Pets Allowed: For the safety of our animals, pets are not permitted. Service animal exceptions apply, see our FAQ page for details.
  • ‍Bonus: Gator Park admission is also included with all animal encounters, airboat tours, and Drive-thru Safari Park tickets, giving you even more adventure in one wild place!

Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Access - Step inside our South America exhibit alongside one of our expert animal trainers for an unforgettable up-close encounter.

Available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 9 a.m., this shared encounter runs approximately 30 minutes.
